Lake Shore East

Oil on canvas.  Painted throughout 2023.  Signed 1.1.24.  This park is steps from my office and about 300 yards from the Art Institute.  This park is a hidden gem in Chicago.  Approximately 10,000 people live in the buildings surrounding this park.  It is only about a quarter of a mile square.  Just steps from Lake Michigan on one side.  Tulips only bloom in early spring, then are transplanted out by the management company.
